What youll be doing as a Business Analyst

As a BA youll sit at the heart of change. You will:

• Investigate and analyse business needs
• Map processes identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Gather refine and document requirements
• Support decisionmaking by translating insights into clear structured outputs
• Work closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives

Youll take a holistic view - considering people processes technology and data- to help deliver meaningful measurable outcomes.
