What You Will Do:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Enterprise Change Leader and team supporting and advising on cross-functional and enterprise change initiatives for Collins Transformation.

• Lead a team providing change consultation and advisory services for Collins key initiatives.

• Act as a change consultant offering thought leadership strategic direction and execution guidance.

• Manage external vendors and consulting partners ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accountability for results.

• Foster collaboration across functions to deliver scalable sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

• Assess change readiness identify risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders.

• Coach leaders and teams to enhance change capability stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness.

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable change roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

• Oversee execution of the change management plan ensuring adherence to timelines identifying risks and proposing mitigations.

• Must be willing and able to travel 30% of the time

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience

• 5 years of direct experience in enterprise change management consulting or transformation roles

• 3 years of experience leading teams

• Demonstrated experience driving large-scale change across complex organizations with complex product/service offerings and global footprint

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Certification in PMP Prosci or equivalent change management methodology.

• Experience in manufacturing factory or multi-site operations within a complex enterprise.

• Expertise in implementing workforce planning tools and processes.

• Proven success in leading transformation initiatives.

• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization

• Demonstrated business acumen strategic thinking and sound judgment.

• Ability to influence coach without authority and build trust across organizations.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a bias for action.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home).An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
*This position is remote; however if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
