Stroke Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Full-Time
Location: Renton Washington
A well-established not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Stroke Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its comprehensive stroke and neuroscience program. This is a collaborative patient-centered environment with strong neurology neurosurgery and critical care support.
The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
Provide inpatient stroke care in collaboration with neurologists and neurosurgery teams
Evaluate and manage acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke patients
Participate in stroke alerts and rapid response evaluations
Manage post-thrombolysis and post-thrombectomy patients
Coordinate care transitions discharge planning and secondary stroke prevention
Provide patient and family education regarding risk factor modification and recovery
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stroke program development
This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in a fast-paced team-based neuroscience environment and is passionate about improving stroke outcomes.

Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Washington State license (or eligible)
Board Certified (FNP AGNP ACNP or NCCPA certified)
Active/Eligible DEA registration
Stroke neurology or critical care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively in acute care settings
