You get it done
Join our export team of 13 colleagues and ensure that clients in retail automotive and healthcare experience true Champions League-level service in export. No fragmented processes here. You manage your own client portfolio and have the freedom to handle the full journey from A to Z. From onboarding a client to the first booking to the financial completion of the file. Top-level service is what you deliver: Youre on it.

How you do this We trust you to organize your work your way. You bring knowledge of sea freight (LCL/FCL) strong relationship management skills and still get energy from operational tasks. Your efforts ensure timely delivery. Hoppa! Another satisfied customer. Great work. You achieve this by:

• processing client requests into bookings with shipping lines gateways and transporters;
• preparing export documentation shipping instructions and keeping your files in order;
• calling and emailing clients to share track-and-trace information or solve delivery issues;
• training and guiding (new) colleagues;
• using Cargowise in your daily work.

You bring

• a positive and energetic work attitude;
• you are a self-starter who can guide and develop others based on your experience;
• a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role import or export;
• good command of Dutch (B1) and English both written and spoken;
• experience with Cargowise is a plus.
