- Drives a dump truck off road and is a flagger for traffic control to ensure a safe work zone.
- May operate equipment to assist with drainage channel maintenance.
- Responsible for abiding by all traffic laws.
- Assists other employees with their duties performs shop duties and/or other duties as assigned.
- Held accountable for equipment used.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- One-year job related work experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public and other employees.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions and complete assignments in a timely fashion.
- Must have Texas Drivers License excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
STARTING SALARY: $16.20 per hour Up to 40 hours per week
CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
