Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $164860 $238992 annually
Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5%

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Pharmacy Services to provide executive leadership across multiple healthcare facilities in Nevada. This role reports to the Division CEO and COO and requires 2535% travel. The ideal candidate will lead pharmacy operations drive clinical excellence and optimize performance and costs across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive leadership for pharmacy clinical services operations compliance and expense management
Oversee regulatory preparedness and pharmacy program performance
Lead cost containment initiatives and optimize pharmacy purchasing
Develop and implement pharmacy business process models to improve operational outcomes
Analyze financial and operational data to drive strategic improvements in medication management
Build strong collaborative relationships with division and facility leadership
Ensure alignment with division supply chain and clinical leadership
Elevate pharmacy service performance and internal customer confidence
Drive accountability for operational effectiveness across the division
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy MBA or MS preferred
Licensed Pharmacist (must obtain NV license within 6 months if not currently licensed)
Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience in acute care
Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
Executive-level leadership presence with strategic partnership capability
Retail pharmacy experience will not be considered
Preferred Background:
Director of Pharmacy Chief Pharmacy Officer Division/Market Director or VP of Pharmacy
