Job Overview: The Consolidation & Reporting Sr. Accountant has primary responsibility for performing the monthly quarterly and year-end closing consolidation and preparing financial reports. This role must review and interpret internal and external financial reporting requirements rules and regulations. Responsibilities include consolidation and M&A accounting as well as coordinating OneStream enhancements. Also works with foreign entities on timely financial reporting.

Priorities

• PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager overall grid rating for each team member 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member.
• Numerous positions include some level of financial responsibility including but not limited to capital expenditure management expense control asset management and safeguard debt management etc. The detailed role for each position should clearly outline financial responsibilities.
• An ongoing effort to improve products services or processes. These efforts can seek incremental improvement over time or breakthrough improvement all at once. All are evaluated in the light of their efficiency effectiveness and flexibility.
• Grow sales volume manage and optimize cost of goods and overheads - while delivering highest quality products. Priority Brands will grow in volume and profit at a faster rate than the total business and will comprise more than 65%. Strategic and annua

MUST

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or relevant experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Working knowledge of ms office products (word excel and outlook)
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Experience in process design implementation and improvement
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• 5 years experience in statutory and gaap reporting
• 7 years experience in gl accounting and development of financial statements in accordance with gaap

PREFERRED

• Professional designation cpa ctp or cfa
