Join Our Team at The Fountainhead Group Now Hiring Quality Inspectors for All Shifts!
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality The Fountainhead Group is seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our growing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. As part of our Quality Department youll play a key role in ensuring the products we proudly manufacture meet the highest standards.
In this hands-on role youll perform first-piece incoming in-process and final inspections to ensure quality at every stage of production. Youll also help evaluate and document customer returnsall while keeping accurate records that support both company and customer requirements.

Available Shifts & Pay:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM MondayFriday $19.00/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM MondayFriday $19.00/hour $0.50 shift differential
- 3rd Shift:11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Monday - Friday $19.00/hour $0.50 shift differential

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Manufacturing preferred
- You are detail-oriented capable of reviewing and documenting a high volume of product evaluations
- You are a skilled written and verbal communicator
- You possess excellent time management skills and can prioritize various tasks as assigned by the Quality Control Manager to ensure their completion in a timely manner
- You are capable of operating basic measuring devices (such as micrometers calipers height gauges etc.)
- You are a team player who likes to work collaboratively
