Advisor – Module Implementation – Payroll

You will help people and make a positive impact. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company becoming their trusted advisor.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Implement the following modules: Group Insurance General Ledger Request Management Timesheets
- Gather client requirements based on the module being implemented
- Propose optimal solutions tailored to the clients business context
- Provide a work plan to the client when needed
- Collect all documents required for module implementation
- Support clients with interface needs involving other applications
- Perform the necessary configuration within the application
- Ensure the integrity of the client file throughout the implementation process
- Meet deadlines established with clients
- Act as an internal resource person
- Coordinate and perform the quality control required for project delivery
- Train new or existing clients on the modules
- Document the specific characteristics of each client file
- Conduct rigorous followups on ongoing implementations
- Provide advisory support throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College diploma in administration accounting or a related field or any other combination of relevant education and experience
- A minimum of eight years of payroll experience
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification from the National Payroll Institute (an asset)
- Relevant experience in largescale corporate payroll implementation projects (an asset)
- Knowledge of the different stages of the payroll preparation cycle
- Understanding of accounting principles for General Ledger interfaces
- Ability to analyze various interface requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Ease in working collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical synthesis and planning skills
- Good priority management and organizational skills
- Teamwork abilities and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the Nethris Internet Suite or EmployeurD lUnique applications (an asset)
- Knowledge of products such as timesheets group insurance etc. (an asset)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent command of French and English both spoken and written (essential)

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
