What You Will Do:
Lead delivery team to perform a comprehensive assessment of federal organization develop an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces create improved methods of information-sharing governance and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings measures of successful implementation of improvements and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelors Degree
EIGHT (8) years of experience supporting DHS Law Enforcement or Intelligence Community customers
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience overseeing Change Management and/or Process Improvement deliveries
PMP Certification
Federal program and contract management oversight experience
Experience leading team of junior staff and executing in a cross-functional team of SMEs
Experience leading strategic integration and operational design
Domain expertise within Intelligence DHS or Law Enforcement
Executive stakeholder engagement and communication experience
Experience in governance policy and framework development
System modernization and requirements leadership
