- Develop and update the store expansion plan.
- Map regions cities shopping malls and commercial districts.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competition.
2. Site Sourcing
- Visit shopping malls and commercial areas.
- Build relationships with mall operators developers brokers and landlords.
- Evaluate traffic visibility access and customer profile.
3. Financial & Technical Feasibility
- Conduct sales forecast payback ROI and occupancy cost analysis.
- Assess technical requirements: electrical HVAC infrastructure mall compliance.
4. Commercial & Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate rent key money rent-free periods renewals and cost reductions.
- Ensure all contracts meet corporate legal standards.
6. Renewals Relocations & Closures
- Lead lease renewals and renegotiations.
- Manage relocations and store closures.
7. Reporting & KPIs
- Present pipeline updates and expansion performance.
- Maintain dashboards (capex opex payback occupancy costs).
8. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
