Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of titration products including potentiometric and Karl Fischer titrators.
Technical Sales & Demos:Conduct high-level technical demonstrations for potential clients showcasing product capabilities in laboratory settings.
Team Leadership:Lead train and motivate sales representatives of distributers setting clear performance goals (KPIs) and providing coaching.
Customer Relations:Cultivate and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key accounts laboratory managers and decision-makers.
Market Analysis:Monitor competitor activities industry trends and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities.
Sales Forecasting:Prepare detailed sales reports forecasts and expense reports for senior management.
Technical Support:Work closely with the marketing and technical service teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of titration principles applications and laboratory workflows.
Skills:Exceptional communication and negotiation skills proficiency in CRM software and strong analytical skills.
Mobility:Willingness to travel frequently (often 80% or more).
