Compliance Articling Student InternCo-op

Job Description:

TDCompliance is seeking two highly motivated and dedicated Articling Students to join our team in Compliance for a 10-month articling term. As an Articling Student you willassistour Compliance professionals with research drafting building stakeholder relationships and the opportunity to liaise with and present to executives within Compliance.

This role offers valuable exposure to a variety of regulatory compliance matters and a comprehensive understanding of the critical role that Compliance plays within TD Bank. You will also be supported through mentorship and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and support on various regulatory compliance matters

• Draft and prepare documentation and/or reports

• Collaboratewith other Compliance professionals on ongoing matters

• Liaise with various other stakeholders on projects and/or initiatives

• Maintainaccuraterecords of all work done to date to ensure line of sight internally and for LSO

• Handle administrative duties such as document management and organization

• Stay updated on regulatory developments

• This position willprovidean opportunity to gain a broad range of experience asthere aretwo 5-month rotations during theprogram

• Articling students will be supervised and mentored by a Manager and Complianceprofessionalsthroughout the 10-month duration. - Expected Start date is August 2025

Monday-Friday standard business hours.
