Youll be part of the Wild Hive team supported by experienced marketing and communications professionals while working closely with Treeview Retirement Living. Treeview is a vibrant forward-thinking residential community known for its strong sense of community and commitment to quality care and lifestyle for residents. This role helps shape how Treeview tells its story to prospective residents families and the wider community.
The Role
We are seeking a capable and creative Content & Marketing Manager to support one of our valued client partners Treeview Retirement Living located in the Lithgow / Upper Blue Mountains community.
This is a part-time role (2 days per week up to 3 days if working across 2 client partners) on-site days in Lithgow to gather content attend events and connect with residents and staff.
Youll focus on marketing campaign delivery event marketing and content creation while supporting the delivery of broader digital marketing initiatives. Youll work collaboratively with Wild Hive team members and Treeview stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear engaging and consistent.
What Youll Be Doing
Developing and delivering content aligned with the marketing and communications plan
Providing website updates community stories resident features and news articles
Creating content for social media email campaigns and print materials
Manage digital and print campaigns
Support event promotion and capturing on-site content when required
Monitoring engagement and campaign performance
Managing editorial calendars and keeping projects on track
Liaising with our internal team including designers and photographers and with external suppliers as needed
This role is creative practical and community-focused.
About You
Youre a strong communicator who understands how to tailor content for different audiences. You enjoy working independently but value collaboration and structure.
Youre organised proactive and comfortable managing your own workload in a part-time capacity.
Ideally youll bring:
A minimum of 35 years experience in marketing communications or content roles
Excellent writing and editing skills
The ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Digital marketing experience (social media email marketing analytics)
Strong organisational and coordination capability
A flexible adaptable approach
Experience working with organisations like retirement living aged care community-based or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded.
