The Role

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to help participants achieve their goals build life skills and engage with their community. Your responsibilities include:

Providing personalised support at home and in the community
Assisting with daily tasks appointments and social activities
Offering guidance encouragement and companionship
Supporting participants to gain independence and confidence

Who Were Looking For

Were seeking experienced enthusiastic and reliable people who genuinely enjoy supporting others. Ideal candidates have:
Experience in disability mental health or community support
Certificates or experience in mental health psychology nursing community services or disability support highly regarded
Empathy patience adaptability and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team always keeping the participant at the centre

Requirements

Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening Clearance) (or willingness to obtain)
Queensland Drivers Licence and insured reliable vehicle
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
