BlueCare is seeking an experienced and solutionsfocused Rostering and Scheduling Specialist to support the rollout of bestpractice rostering and scheduling across our organisation.
In this key role you will:
Implement efficient customercentred rostering and scheduling systems
Analyse data and performance metrics to drive smarter workforce allocation
Provide highquality reporting and forecasting insights
Ensure compliance with legislation industrial agreements and internal standards
Partner closely with Neighbourhood Leaders to support KPIs relating to customer satisfaction and team productivity
Youll be joining a purposedriven organisation where your expertise directly supports the delivery of exceptional care to Queensland communities.
What makes a difference for us
Were looking for someone with:
Demonstrated rostering and scheduling experience within a large complex business environment
Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements legislation and employment regulations
Business analysis experience and exposure to project work
Confidence using client scheduling systems or applications
Welldeveloped stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
Experience with AlayaCare and UKG (Kronos) (highly desirable)
