About The Role

As a Junior Tester / Business Analyst youll play a hands-on role supporting the delivery of reliable well-designed technology solutions across our Enterprise Platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their testing or analysis career whos curious detail-oriented and keen to learn.

Youll spend your time testing systems working through requirements with stakeholders and supporting improvements to identity access and workflow processes. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams vendors and project leads gaining exposure to Identity Access Management (IAM) testing frameworks and business analysis practices in a supportive learning-focused environment.

This role is Melbourne-based with hybrid working and offers strong development pathways as you build your technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Execute manual testing including functional regression and UAT
• Log track and retest defects maintaining clear test documentation
• Support test planning data validation and basic troubleshooting
• Analyse and clarify requirements with stakeholders and vendors
• Assist with Identity & Access Management processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow Saviynt)
• Identify process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
