Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or (a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience) manufacturing setting.
• A minimum of 3 additional years of experience in manufacturing/production
• GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experienceis permitted.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience in LeanManufacturing
• Experience in an engine assembly or repair and overhaul environment
• Experience with CT7 / T700 engines
• Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) graduate or a similar program

The base pay range for this position is$100050.00 - 120000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factorsincluding the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the posting isexpected to close onFebruary 27 2026.
