Reports To: Assistant General Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt

What Youll Do:
Greet every customer with energy and purpose
Recommend products based on real needs not scripts
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean organized visually appealing store
Manage inventory tasks like receiving cycle counts and transfers
Follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures
Solve problems calmly and escalate when needed
What Were Looking For:
1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
Ability to multitask in a high-volume 7/365 retail environment
Dependable adaptable and self-motivated
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet
Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
