Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Apprentice)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Support cost planning exercises helping to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Learn about procurement processes and contract administration.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor bids.
- Support the preparation of cost reports identifying financial risks and opportunities.
- Learn how to track and manage project expenditure ensuring value for money.
- Work closely with clients contractors and colleagues to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Develop strong communication and negotiation skills to support commercial decision-making.

- Hands-on experience across a diverse range of construction projects.
