On behalf of our client we are looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in the journey our clients customers embark on when they implement our clients platform.
From project kick-off to onboarding and go-live you will ensure the customers experience world-class support proactive responsive and effective.
You will collaborate closely with internal experts who oversee projects and support problem-solving and stakeholder management. Acting as the spider in the web you will connect internal teams with key stakeholders on the customer side ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
This position has strong growth potential with the opportunity to progress into a senior role.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers in successfully utilizing our learning platform
Conduct 1:1 meetings training sessions and troubleshooting calls
Set up and manage project plans (templates provided)
Proactively follow up on project milestones and deadlines
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
Identify and solve issues as they arise
Respond to customer inquiries via email
Report bugs and document product feedback
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in project management support or client-facing roles
Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
Excellent communication and expectation management skills
Confidence in meeting facilitation
Ability to think both critically and creatively
Growth mindset with a coaching attitude
Ability to work across a wide variety of subject areas
Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating quickly based on feedback
Youll also need to be adaptable and quick to learn. After onboarding youll be expected to independently answer customer questions and manage project workflows with confidence.
Profile
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to grow within project coordination and customer-facing roles. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and curious professional who wants hands-on experience working with global clients in a fast-paced tech-enabled environment.
You may have a couple of years of experience in project support customer success administration or a similar client-facing role. What matters most is your mindset: you are proactive structured communicative and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
This is a 100% remote position. Although the company does have a office in Stockholm that you are welcome to visit. The role is offered as a 12-month contract with strong potential for a permanent position and long-term career development for the right candidate.
