About the role.

We are looking for a Senior Credit Pricing Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic pricing and product strategies across our revolving account instalment and card portfolios. This role is central to driving profitable growth ensuring fair value for customers and managing risk within a regulated financial services environment. You will balance commercial performance customer outcomes and compliance while shaping how we price and optimise our credit products.

Whatyoullbe doing:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for all financial services products ensuring fair value and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead price and fair value assessments representing Credit Pricing in key forums such as Customer and Product and Credit Risk committees.
  • Lead design ofadvanced analytical models for pricing forecasting and performance tracking includingvaluation metrics including NPV IRR and Risk Adjusted Margins.
  • Ensureautomated reporting and dashboards that support performance monitoringare available for all stakeholders
  • Manage framework for designexecutionand analysis ofA/B tests/experimentation to measure the impact of pricing changesincludingappropriate riskmanagement
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership turning complex data into clear actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with analytics product and engineering teams to strengthen data infrastructure and governanceensuringdata integrity and consistency across all pricing analytics outputs.

About you.

  • Deep understanding of revenue management pricing optimisation and financial performance in credit or financial services
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on P&L outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • A track recordof leading and developing high performing analytics teams.
  • Experience buildingand/or managingcomplex unit of one cashflow models for credit pricing.
  • Knowledge of experimental design principles ideally in a pricing context
  • Understanding of BI tools and best practices for dashboarding
  • Experience working in marketplace or platform environments is a plus.
