WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Team Member supports daily assembly operations within the general assembly department. This role is responsible for following standard work producing high-quality components ensuring safety and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Production Duties:

• Perform assembly tasks on automotive Trim Chassis or Final Line following standard operating procedures.
• Meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Communicate issues or abnormalities promptly to Team Leaders.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety standards OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in safety audits wear required PPE and report unsafe conditions.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Support a positive work environment built on teamwork accountability and respect.

Quality Responsibilities

• Ensure components meet quality specifications.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformances.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in 5S Kaizen and other improvement initiatives.
• Suggest opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred.

Skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and production environments.
