About the Role:
We are looking for a platform-native Creative Generalist to own paid social creative production and broader design needs across our brands.
This is a creative-first role not media buying. Strategy and campaign management are handled internally. You will focus on producing high-performing creative for Meta and TikTok while also serving as our go-to designer for broader marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social Creative
- Develop and produce Meta and TikTok ad creatives
- Edit high-converting short-form video content
- Design performance-driven static ads and motion graphics
- Optimize creative based on platform trends and performance feedback
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager on testing strategy
Broader Creative Support
- Update and design PDF sales materials
- Create marketing flyers and campaign assets
- Support brand-aligned visual content needs across both businesses
- Maintain a consistent high-quality visual identity
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years producing paid social creative (Meta TikTok required)
- Strong video editing skills (short-form UGC-style performance-driven content)
- Solid graphic design foundation
- Deep understanding of what performs on paid social platforms
- Able to work independently but also collaborate as needed whilst managing creative output volume
- Comfortable working across two brands in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio showcasing paid social performance work required
- Experience in DTC/eCommerce brands strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistent creative testing pipeline
- Improved paid social performance through strong creative output
- Reduced reliance on multiple freelancers
- Fast turnaround on internal creative needs
