The Compensation GPO Analytics role is responsible for supporting the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Compensation by providing data-driven insights analysis and reporting to optimize compensation strategies and ensure global consistency and compliance.

Job Qualifications:
*Education:* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance Statistics or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
**Experience:**
* 3 years of experience in compensation analysis HR analytics or a related data-focused role preferably within a large global organization.
* Proven experience working with large datasets and complex analytical tools.
* Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) is required.
**Skills:**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs advanced formulas).
* Power BI is required
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
* Knowledge of compensation principles practices and regulatory requirements.
* Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
