For our Full-Time Swing Shift LPN were looking at someone for 40 hours a week to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour shifts.
Shift
- 12-hour rotating schedule:
- Week 1 four shifts (Mon Tues Fri Sat)
- Week 2 three shifts (Sun Wed Thurs)
Pay
- $40-$43/hour any applicable shift differential
Shift Differentials
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday 6am-6pm): $4/hour
- Nights (Monday-Friday 6pm-6am): $4/hour
- Weekend Nights (Saturday 6pm-Sunday 6am & Sunday 6pm-Monday 6am): $5/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.
- Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Provide excellent care!
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of OR
- 1 year experience as an LPN preferred
- Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC
- Ability to pass a background check
