Job Summary

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Consultant to support the Human Resources (HR) organization by delivering highquality analyses reporting and datadriven insights. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) Centers of Excellence and crossfunctional stakeholders to inform decisions monitor workforce trends and enhance talentrelated strategies.


In this role you will:

  • Consult with HRBPs and HR partners to understand workforce challenges data needs and opportunities for insights.
  • Develop customized reports dashboards and adhoc analyses to support decisionmaking across headcount hiring attrition representation talent flow and other HR metrics.
  • Analyze findings and identify trends using statistical financial or demographic techniques to inform recommendations.
  • Aggregate and synthesize data from disparate HR systems (e.g. Workday reporting tools) into compelling stories and executiveready deliverables.
  • Build or enhance HR dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ensure data integrity compliance and adherence to governance standards in all reporting and analytics activities.
  • Partner with HR technology People Analytics and other business groups to support data sourcing reporting enhancements and evolving HR analytics needs.
  • Participate in enterprise and HR initiatives that rely on accurate workforce metrics and analytical insights.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR functions and HRBP analytical needs
  • Experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday reporting Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executiveready deliverables.
  • Experience synthesizing data from multiple HR systems to tell a coherent story for senior leaders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR executives business leaders and crossfunctional partners.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fastpaced highdemand environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to research analyze document and present HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance skills experience or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$68000.00 - $114000.00
