Work Hours:Monday - Friday 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work both onsite and remotely collaborating with top experts across R&D Packaging Supply Chain Marketing Finance and Strategy.

What were looking for:

• 5 years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the food & beverage industry (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience with physical product innovation especially packaging and operations/manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of commercialization processes agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication facilitation and relationship-building skills
• A passion for empowering teams iterative learning and removing barriers to execution
