Job Summary

The Share Plans Administrator plays a vital role in supporting our employee share plan programs ensuring timely responses to participant queries maintaining accurate records across our share portal and coordinating seamlessly with payroll and HR teams.
What youll do
Employee Support & Communication Respond to employee share plan queries ensuring timely and accurate assistance for all participants.
Share Plan Administration Support key share plan activities including Sharesave launches grants vesting events and day-to-day operational tasks such as closure files and standing orders.
Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate employee records on the share portal generate reports and produce ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
Financial Oversight Manage bank account reconciliations monthly contribution tracking invoice processing and payment coordination with finance teams and third-party providers.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with payroll HR and third-party administrators to deliver seamless operations and an excellent employee experience.
Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to enhance team processes including exploring and implementing AI solutions to drive greater efficiency.
How youll do it
Organisation & Attention to Detail Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage a busy workload prioritise effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Stakeholder Management Confident building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external providers with a collaborative and professional approach.
Discretion & Integrity A high level of confidentiality and sound judgement when handling sensitive employee and financial information.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement A problem-solving mindset with the ability to embrace change and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes.
Technical Proficiency Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUPs XLOOKUPs) with desirable exposure to AI tools or process automation initiatives.
Relevant Experience A background in employee benefits administration share plans or financial services is desirable along with experience working with third-party administrators or service providers.
