Experience:
Youll design develop and deploy advanced predictive models that influence strategic business decisions. As a senior data specialist youll work across the full model lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to deployment and optimisation ensuring that solutions are scalable reliable and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop train validate and deploy machine learning models
- Apply statistical and predictive techniques to solve complex business problems
- Evaluate model performance and continuously optimise algorithms
- Prepare and transform large datasets for modelling
- Ensure the scalability reliability and security of predictive systems
- Automate model pipelines and workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to define modelling objectives
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or Data Science
- 5 years experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Proven experience in predictive modelling and advanced analytics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
