This role offers the opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and skills while developing capability through continuous professional development and experience. You will practise within a nursing model that supports patient/client centred care contributing to safe coordinated service delivery in Acute & Aged Care settings.
You will be supported to grow in autonomy and professional confidence while contributing to quality improvement research activities and team leadership on a shift basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to strengthen your clinical expertise support others in their learning and play an important role in delivering safe person-centred care.
