  • Salary: RN/M1$74831 - $102103 p.a (pro rata) Superannuation Leave Loading Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Temporary role working 48 hours per fortnight over a 7-day roster up to 1 February 2027
  • Temporary role working 30.4 hours per fortnight over a 7-day roster up to 22 February 2027
  • Multiple Positions Available

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

This role offers the opportunity to consolidate your knowledge and skills while developing capability through continuous professional development and experience. You will practise within a nursing model that supports patient/client centred care contributing to safe coordinated service delivery in Acute & Aged Care settings.

You will be supported to grow in autonomy and professional confidence while contributing to quality improvement research activities and team leadership on a shift basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to strengthen your clinical expertise support others in their learning and play an important role in delivering safe person-centred care.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Are you a Registered Nurse seeking to provide nursing and/or midwifery services in a health service setting
  • Are you committed to developing from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of professional practice
  • Do you take accountability for your own standards of care and for activities delegated to others

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Assess and plan care to meet individual patient/client needs coordinating services with other disciplines where required.
  • Provide direct person-centred nursing/midwifery care and case management on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Contribute to patient/client safety quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • Provide team leadership as required and support less experienced staff and students.
