Job Summary
Arlluk Technology Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst with a Top-Secret security clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Winchester VA. This QA Tester would be responsible for testing complex custom applications and participate as an integrated team member within an Agile development team. This individual will work with the software developers business analysts scrum masters and stakeholders to validate proper implementation of requirements. This includes participating in daily SCRUM sessions grooming the backlog and ensuring the overall quality of the final Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Expert knowledge of testing approaches lifecycles and when to use them to maximize customer value balanced with reduction of to create data driven testing scenarios to improve the performance and coverage of to collaborate with the developers to ensure that the most efficient tests are being with automated testing platforms including but not limited to Selenium Cucumber and working with an agile delivery processAdvanced writing skills and communications skillsAbility to lead a fast-paced team-oriented environmentAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesExperience with Federal consultingRequirements:Education:Bachelors degree preferably in an IT related discipline5 years of experienceExcellent communication customer service and organizational skillsMust be fully fluent in MS Office applications including Outlook Word and ExcelKnowledge of agile software developmentAgile Certifications a plusWork Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and Agile Framework apply this to the development execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practicesStay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example emails newsletters PowerPoint presentations executive updates task lists updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example senior management Customers technical staff)Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfactionAbility to analyze and synthesize business requirements including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processesClearance Requirement: Top Secret Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
