We are seeking a Dynamic Super Sales Star to lease apartments at our community in Ypsilanti; The Hamptons of Cloverlane. We currently have a full-time position available. If you have a passion for customer service can-do attitude and a desire for growth we are looking for you!

Applicants required to work weekends.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Greeting existing and potential residents
Showing and renting apartments
Qualifying applicants
Follow-up with potential residents
Preparation of lease packages and lease renewals
Handling resident issues
General clerical duties
Social Media Management
Yardi & Yieldstar experience preferred
Great Customer Service to Prospects & Residents
