Senior Sales Executive Nursing Home Industry

80-100K commission (could be negotiated according to experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with established relationships in the nursing home and long-term care industry.
This role is designed for someone who is already active in the space ideally selling a product or service into nursing homes and can leverage existing relationships to generate early traction. We are not looking for someone starting from scratch; we are looking for someone who understands the landscape the decision-makers and the sales cycle within long-term care.
If you have built trust with nursing home operators administrators or ownership groups this is an opportunity to expand your portfolio with a compelling offering.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Leveraging your existing network within the nursing home industry
Introducing and positioning our solution to relevant decision-makers
Managing your pipeline and closing new business
Building long-term strategic relationships within the long-term care sector
Providing market feedback to leadership to support growth strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience selling directly to nursing homes or long-term care facilities
An active Rolodex of industry contacts
Strong understanding of how nursing homes evaluate and adopt new products or services
Self-motivated relationship-driven and comfortable working independently
Professional presence and strong communication skills
