Job Summary
ED Interim Nurse Manager for Laconia & FranklinMon-Fri day shift and availability to round shiftsExperience-Minimum 3 Years of acute care clinical Expect in ER NursingMust have prior successful managerial experience managing EDs with preference for those who have experience managing EDs across 2 sitesUnion experience preferredExperience growing and mentoring new leaders across both shifts created leader standard work with a focus on nursing practice and quality improvementFranklin 8 bed ED Critical Access Hospital stabilize and ship Laconia 32 Bed ED 6 Bed locked acute psych (leadership for psych is handled by behavioral health) also no trauma designation but takes higher acuity than Franklin Must be have strong ED hands-on skills Certs- AHA BLS & ACLS (TNCC & PALS are preferred but not required)EMR: Cerner-Exp Preferred but not required*We do have Housing Options listed in the supplier portal if needed
