Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Operations: Oversee 33KV/11KV line maintenance transformers switchgears and Motors. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Oversee preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance (TPM condition monitoring) to ensure maximum equipment availability
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment Health and Safety) regulations legal standards safety regulations (OSHA) statutory requirements and quality audits.
- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and train a team of electrical engineers and technicians including contractors. Supervise train and mentor engineers and technicians; set performance goals.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Perform failure analysis on electrical equipment and implement corrective actions.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Prepare and manage electrical departmental budgets spare parts inventory and vendor relationships. Control maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Operations Strategy: Lead mechanical improvements to boost productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Project Management: Oversee installation commissioning and erection of new machinery.
