Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear and concise instructional materials that simplify complex concepts.
  • Create multimedia content including videos and infographics to enhance learning.
  • Work with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback and improve documentation and content.
  • Review and edit existing content for clarity accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Update materials based on user feedback and changes in technology or curriculum.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.
  • Utilize multimedia elements such as videos graphics and interactive activities to enhance learning.
  • Test and evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials through user feedback and analytics.
  • Upload and organize content within the LMS to ensure a user-friendly experience.
  • Monitor user engagement and performance metrics to improve content delivery.
  • Document company policies procedures and workflows within the company.
  • Maintain corporate documentation and content libraries (Confluence/SharePoint).
  • Define and enforce all stages of knowledge management company wide as it relates to products formatting and content validation/approval.
