Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in the promotional products and PromoTech industry to drive enterprise sales across the U.S. market. This role requires a hunter mindset with a proven ability to build pipeline close large deals and develop long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience selling cloud ERP e-commerce or enterprise technology solutions within the promotional or branded merchandise ecosystem and demonstrate consistent quota achievement and strategic sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and enterprise client acquisition across the U.S.
- Build and manage a strong self-generated sales pipeline
- Sell cloud ERP e-commerce or enterprise tech solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with decision-makers
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure
- Close large deals ranging from $500K to multi-million-dollar contracts
- Collaborate with internal delivery product and leadership teams
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipeline and forecasting
- Develop strategic account plans and growth strategies
- Deliver impactful executive presentations and proposals
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Mandatory experience in the promotional products or PromoTech industry
(branded merchandise print-on-demand promotional solutions etc.) - Proven track record closing $500K $5M enterprise deals
- Consistent quota achievement (100% attainment)
- Strong experience selling cloud ERP e-commerce or enterprise solutions
- Established network within U.S. enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Strong executive presence and C-level relationship management
- Experience generating own pipeline and hunting new business
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
