Job Summary

Job Title: Box Truck Driver (White Glove Logistics)
Location: Norcross GA
Compensation: $22/hour performance bonus (all-in earnings up to $26/hour)
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts between Monday and Saturday

Our client a well-established white glove logistics company based in Norcross GA is seeking an experienced and professional Box Truck Driver to join their team.

This organization specializes in high-touch white glove delivery and installation services supporting interior designers commercial clients and high-end residential projects. They are looking for a dependable driver who understands the importance of care presentation and customer service.

Drivers must report to the Norcross office each day between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM to receive assignments and load deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a 26 ft box truck for local and regional deliveries
Provide white glove service including careful handling placement and basic setup of items
Load secure transport and unload high-value merchandise
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company at client sites
Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all safety and DOT regulations
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and obtain client sign-offs

Qualifications

Proven experience driving a box truck
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Experience in white glove delivery furniture delivery or high-value item handling preferred
Ability to work 4 x 10-hour shifts between Monday and Saturday
Reliable and punctual - must consistently arrive between 7:00 8:00 AM
Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs (team lift required for heavier items)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

$22/hour base pay
Performance bonus (total compensation can reach up to $26/hour)
4-day work week
