Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Process Improvement) 10 years EXP
Location: Washington D.C. Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field required
- Masters degree preferred
- PMP Certification or DHS Mid-Level Program Manager certification (or equivalent) required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience directing multiple complex high-visibility projects simultaneously
- Proven initiative management expertise including planning execution risk management and stakeholder coordination
- Strong background in process improvement and business transformation initiatives
- Experience providing executive coaching and advisory support to senior leadership
- Ability to review work products for quality assurance and regulatory/compliance alignment
- Experience working in federal or large government environments preferred
- Strong communication presentation and leadership skills
- Ability to serve as designated Key Personnel for the life of the contract
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal fitness determination
