Job Summary

Job Title: Compliance Manager (PMP Certified) & Quality Oversight 10 years EXP
Location: Washington D.C. Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field required
Masters degree preferred (experience requirement reduced to 5 years with Masters degree or higher)
PMP Certification or DHS Mid-Level Program Manager certification (or equivalent) required
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience (5 years with Masters degree or higher)
Experience providing initiative-management guidance across multiple projects
Strong ability to conduct detailed research analysis and business assessments
Experience managing high-complexity multi-stakeholder initiatives
Proven ability to ensure product quality compliance and alignment with contractual requirements
Experience reviewing deliverables for accuracy completeness and regulatory adherence
Strong documentation reporting and stakeholder communication skills
Experience supporting federal or government programs preferred
Ability to work in structured compliance-driven environments
Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal fitness determination
