Job Summary

Position Overview

This multi-year transformation program is focused on replacing legacy accounting and cash management systems with a modern enterprise financial management solution. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing system requirements documenting processes supporting remediation efforts and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing systems workflows and business processes
Document technical specifications and functional requirements
Support modernization and system transition activities
Collaborate with developers business analysts and project stakeholders
Assist with data validation interface analysis and system testing
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and financial system standards
Provide support during system implementation and go-live activities

Required Qualifications

Advanced-level experience as a Systems Analyst
Strong background in enterprise financial or ERP systems
Experience working on large-scale modernization or migration initiatives
Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Preferred Experience

Prior government or public sector project experience
Experience supporting enterprise accounting or financial management platforms
Familiarity with large-scale system conversions or statewide implementations
