Job Summary

Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) - Mandatory
Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience post-CSSA certification
Proven expertise in Pega PRPC platform development (version 7.x/8.x minimum)
Experience with complex case management routing SLAs and escalation models
Ability to build robust integrations with external systems using REST SOAP MQ and other connectivity protocols
Strong proficiency in:
- Pega Data Pages Declare Expressions Decision Rules and Activities
- Java JavaScript XML JSON
- SQL and database concepts (Oracle SQL Server DB2)
- Application servers (WebSphere WebLogic Tomcat)
- Microservices architecture and reusable component design
- Object-oriented programming principles
Communication skills with ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe certification is a plus)
Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience from requirements gathering to production deployment
Iterative development and continuous delivery practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
