Client in Greenville is in the market for CDL Class A & B Driver/Customer Service Experience a PLUS!

Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday)

Pay: $22.50/$25.00 (Depends on Experience)

KeyResponsibilities

Thisperson willreport to theWarehouse Supervisor andwork with other members of the distribution team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by delivering complete accurateand on-time deliveries will represent the company in a highly professional safeand cost-effective manner that complies with DOT and other applicable regulations.

Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure complete orders are delivered according to established time frames and customersneeds
Preparetruck for operation by loadingtheproductsecuring of items and verifying theaccuracy of shippingpapers
Inspecttruck tires lights brakes fluids etc. to ensure safe and cost-effective performance with preventive maintenance inmind
Maintain communication with company during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions arereceived
Document delivery accuracy and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directivesand report anydiscrepancies
Maintain and monitortruck maintenance and driving record requirements and maintain required documents for safety securityand qualityprocesses
Work with other distribution team members to insure complete accurate and on-time deliveries to the companyscustomers
Represent the company in a highly professional safe and cost-effectivemanner
Maintain a satisfactory driving record and comply with all DOT and other applicableregulations
Follow company policies andprocedures
Increase customer satisfaction by collecting information feedback on service and resolving complaints per company policy; communicate information back tocompany
Safely operate forklifts andotherwarehouse equipment asrequired
Perform occasional warehouse and counterduties
Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies asrequired
Other duties asassigned
Hours of operation areMonday - Friday day shift only
Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds working around fumes airborne particles or toxic chemicals

Qualifications Listed Below

Valid Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and DOT Medical Examiners Certificate is required
Good driving record
Excellent communication interpersonaland customer service skills
Team Focused (team player)
Dedicated/Reliable
