Coinford is seeking two experienced Groundworkers to join our site team primarily working on raising manholes as part of ongoing external works. This is a hands-on role suited to operatives with solid groundworks experience who can work efficiently and safely as part of a gang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising and adjusting manholes to finished levels

• Assisting with associated groundworks including:

  • Drainage works (internal and external)

  • External works such as slabs kerbs and edgings

  • Concrete works and finishing

• Working safely alongside plant and other site operatives

• Following drawings levels and site instructions

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times

• Keeping work areas tidy and productive

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundworks specifically manhole raising

• Valid CSCS card (Blue or Green)

• Good understanding of site safety and safe systems of work

• Ability to work reliably as part of a site team

• Punctual dependable and able to work to programme

Desirable:

• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (e.g. Dumper or Roller)

• Experience working within an established groundworks gang

• Broader experience in drainage and external works
