About Us
The Lead Analyst partners with the Global Supply Chain Fulfilment teams to support analysis and implementation of new programmes.
This includes generating the cost & benefit analysis of RFQ from Service Providers (LSP).
From time to time the incumbent will also work on ad hoc analysis and projects to provided insightful analysis for decision-making by the senior management function in Dyson
The role has good exposure to the Dyson Global Supply Chain Functions and allows the incumbent a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of Dyson Operations Business.
The role reports into the Head of Supply Chain Finance.
Accountabilities
Participate in vendor selection process in RFQ to achieve cost optimization
Generate the Cost & Benefit analysis for each RFQ exercise
Work closely with Supply Chain Finance Manager on the proposal of LSP selections from finance perspectives
Prepare ad hoc analysis to support new and existing initiatives
Key finance POC to work directly with Supply Chain Procurement and Operations teams on all Logistics & Fulfilment rates related initiatives and discussions
Skills
Qualified Accountant or equivalent post graduate qualification.
At least 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience
Experience in project management and/or supply chain is a plus
Excellent analytical ability and Excel spreadsheet skills
Ability to understand concepts and ideas quickly and model data in meaningful ways
Proactive in proposing ideas to challenge status quo
Assertive and able to influence upwards and across functions
Good spoken & written English
Has strong sense of operational discipline and ability to meet deadlines
