Job Summary

Job Overview:

The IT Internal Communications & Marketing Intern will collaborate with the IT Clinical Platforms Executive Director to support internal communications and technology adoption initiatives for the IT and Clinical Platforms organization. The intern will help design communication campaigns prepare announcements create visual and written content and track engagement metrics.

Complementary to these tasks the position also will provide the opportunity to support Real Estate & Facilities Site/Country Leader with administrative and facilities services provided for the Mexico Fortrea Team in the office and functions related to support of Field Based Employees across the Country/Region. Focus on support with finance area and vendors services management. Share the function providing standard reception service at the office (if designated reception is not employed or contracted). This position is ideal for high performance students who enjoy corporate communications branding digital marketing and translating technical information into clear messages for diverse audiences and for corporate facilities management and site leader management positions.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comms campaigns (emails intranet posts short videos).
  • Create message maps FAQs visual assets and stakeholder-specific summaries.
  • Track engagement (opens/clicks/adoption) and iteration.

All the following tasks will be performed under the close supervision of the Real Estate & Facilities Site/Country Leader.

  • Provide administration and facilities support to the Real Estate & Facilities Manager to cover:
    • Manage courier service incoming and outgoing.
    • Visitors managerial including welcome registration process meeting rooms set up and provision.
    • Vendor and financial management support.
    • Assist with managing payroll queries and communication with stakeholders.
    • Site inventory management.
    • Access logistics and provision.
    • Improve workstations assignment operational performance and optimize queues.
    • Any other ad hoc tasks within the facilities and administration support areas.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Both English and Spanish).
  • Preferred use of technical language (Business & Technology).
  • Presentation and PowerPoint high skills.
  • Visual media skills.
  • Basic Analytics (A/B tests UTM engagement reporting).
  • Negotiation and people skills.
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • No clinical experience required

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • General office environment.
  • Location Mexico City (Preferred with location close to Polanco/Palmas).
  • Hybrid home/office model. Schedule to be discussed with Line Manager.
