A Day in the Life

The internship will be carried out within the ENT (Ear Nose Throat Operating Unit) team.

The tasks to be performed for the offered internship include supporting the Marketing and Sales areas within Medtronics ENT department specifically:

• Analysis and management of stock and inventory control.

• Handling of shipments and material orders.

• Organization and control of the warehouse.

• Management of events and meetings.

• Development of the product catalog including defining technical specifications.

• Management of training courses for physicians and sales representatives.

• Updating product-related bibliographic materials.

• Execution of internal administrative processes.

• Preparation of presentations and translations.

• Use of internal management systems (Ariba Ecats etc.).

• Preparation of budgets for the sales team.

• Attendance at medical training courses to provide technical and commercial support.

Knowledge and Skills:

• High level of English (Reading: C1 / Writing: C1 / Speaking: C1)

• Advanced level of Microsoft Office

• Previous experience: Not required

• Minimum studies: Bachelors degree

Degree fields:

• Business Administration

• Marketing

• Economics

• Bioengineering

Minimum requirements:

• Proactivity

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Additional Information:

- Internship agreement

- Duration: 12 months (extendable 6months)

- Full time

- Schedule: flexible 7:30-1000 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day

- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week

- Study aid of 1000 gross/month Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
