As our organisation continues to grow we are seeking a highly organised and professionalExecutive Assistantto support our CEO and Managing Director at our Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless executive operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs and Managing Directors calendars including scheduling meetings coordinating appointments and arranging travel and logistics.
- Provide high-level executive support including preparing documents reports presentations and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting resources catering and logistics.
- Assist with internal communications document management and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Support the broader team with ad-hoc projects and executive tasks as required.
About You
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive reliable and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
