Were looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our global legal team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Legal Officer in Bsoton with a primary focus on supporting our commercial and regulatory needs in North America.
The role will center on negotiating complex SaaS and technology-related contracts advising on data protection and compliance and providing pragmatic business-focused legal advice across a range of issues. Youll work closely with commercial product customer success and internal operations teams and serve as the first point of contact for legal matters in your region.
Youll join a small fast-moving legal team that partners across the business and helps drive commercial results while managing risk at scale.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed
Were looking for a senior businessminded lawyer with excellent technical skills and a proactive solutionsfocused approach. Youll thrive working independently in a fastmoving environment and feel confident collaborating with stakeholders and negotiating with counterparties.
Required
- Licensed attorney in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.
- 57 years legal experience including time at a major U.S. law firm in a transactional practice.
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts including:
- Working with a broad range of client contracts and procurement agreements particularly B2B technology and informationrelated contracts.
- Identifying and resolving contractual and business risks (e.g. indemnities liability limits privacy data protection information security).
- Managing multiple negotiations and a highvolume contract pipeline with clear prioritisation.
- Producing clear effective contracts amendments addenda exhibits and customer communications.
- Balancing fastpaced commercial priorities with longterm risk considerations.
- Excellent organisational analytical and communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend positions produce efficient redlines and guide agreements to closure.
Desirable
- Knowledge of data and software licensing intellectual property privacy employment and commercial contract law is preferred but not essential.

We offer flexible working options for all employees.
This role will be remote first in Boston or Pittsburgh however the role could become one or two days in the office per week so expect hybrid-working.
